Luxor is one of the most popular and touristic cities of Egypt. It is often called the City of the Sun or the largest open-air museum in the world - due to the ruins of the complex of Karnak temples, the Luxor Temple and countless ancient statues, temples and crypts (including the Valley of the King) on the west bank of the Nile.

PROGRAM

1. Departure to Sharm El Sheikh airport, flight to Luxor.

2. We start our tour with the Colossians of Memnon, statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III sitting on the throne.

3. Then we will go to the Valley of the King - the resting place of the pharaohs, Kings of Egypt. The program includes entrance to three tombs (visiting Tutankhamen's grave additionally payable).

4. The next item of the program is a visit to the factory producing alabaster. Passage to the Hatshepsut Temple.

5. Then we will go to a restaurant on the boat for dinner (drinks payable additionally).

6. The highlight of the trip is a visit to the complex of temples in Karnak. The Great Temple of Amun in Karnak is the largest religious building in all of Egypt. The building seems to have no end. The temple was built over the centuries and was not the work of one, but many pharaohs. The sacred complex also includes the sacred pool. 7. Return to Sharm.
